Any kind any flavour in any way.
So it goes without saying that paneer is one of my favourite foods.
I love paneer in any way; paneer makhani, chilli paneer, matar paneer, my mouth is watering just thinking of it!
Paneer burji is a quick and easy way to make paneer flavourful and spicy without putting much effort into it.
Serve hot with parathas and my signature coriander chutney and you've got yourself a super quick, super easy weeknight dinner.
250g paneer crumbled
1 tsp ginger paste
1tsp garlic paste
2 onions, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
2. Add the chopped onions and saute till soft.
3. Add in the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, and lemon juice and cook for a couple of mins till the tomatoes begin to soften.
4. Now add in the crumbled paneer and cook for a further 2-3 mins
Serve hot with paratha!
